APARTMENT RESERVATION:
Casas Arbi is a trade name used under the responsibility of CD LAZAREV with CIF G10873586.
The reservation will only be firm and confirmed when the client receives a booking confirmation email from CD LAZAREV for the accommodations in San Sebastián, Madrid, Barcelona, Marbella, and Ibiza.
The price of the reserved apartment must be paid 50% at the time of booking and the remaining 50% in cash upon arrival at the apartment and key collection. For “monthly” stays, please call us or contact us by email. We will study your needs and offer you the best prices.
IMPORTANT: For better service, the client must send an email or WhatsApp message with the approximate arrival time at the reserved apartment.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS MADE: In case of cancellation by the client of a reservation already made, the following penalties will apply:
1. If canceled 30 days or more in advance of the arrival date, a 10% fee will be charged as an expense based on the total price.
2. If canceled more than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date, 30% of the total price will be charged.
3. If canceled less than 15 days before the arrival date, no refund will be given for the reservation deposit.
4. Changing the dates of an already reserved apartment may be considered a cancellation of the reservation made.
ARRIVAL AT THE APARTMENT:
Upon arrival, the client must also pay a deposit of EUR 150. This will be refunded to the client at the end of their stay, provided that the apartment is in the same condition as it was delivered. The deposit covers any damages or deterioration that may occur in the apartment during the client's stay and that need to be repaired, as well as the loss or non-return of the keys.
In the event that the reserved apartment is unavailable for any reason beyond the client’s control, we are committed to providing another apartment of similar or superior characteristics within the same locality. If the client is not satisfied with this change, all payments made before the apartment entry will be refunded. The client cannot request any type of compensation for the apartment change or the return of the amount paid for the reservation.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES FOR THE APARTMENTS:
CD LAZAREV staff will hand over the apartment to the client at the agreed check-in time, which must have been previously confirmed by the client. Our staff will show the reserved apartment to the client and hand over the keys. The apartment will be in perfect condition for use.
Check-in time: From 3:00 p.m. If the client needs to enter the reserved apartment before that time, they must request it by email and, depending on availability, we will try to provide the best solution. Check-ins between 9:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. will have an additional charge:
1. In Madrid, Barcelona, San Sebastián, and Marbella, the fee is €50. Check-ins after 12:00 a.m. will incur an additional charge of €75.
2. In Ibiza, the fee is €150. If it is between 12:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., the fee will be €250, plus an additional €50 per hour or fraction thereof.
Check-out time: Before 11:00 a.m. If the client wishes to check out between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., an extra charge of 25% of that day's rate will apply, and between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., an extra charge of 60% of that day's rate will apply.
RULES FOR THE USE OF APARTMENTS:
The reserved apartment can only be used as temporary accommodation for the period previously paid for by the client. It cannot be used as a permanent residence by any of the apartment's occupants. Subletting and partial or total transfer of the apartment, either free of charge or for a fee, is prohibited. No commercial activity can be conducted in the reserved apartment. Unless expressly authorized, the number of people in the apartment cannot exceed double the capacity of the apartment.
Behavior Rules:
1. Parties are not allowed in the apartments. Keep the TV and music at a normal volume.
2. Turn off the air conditioning and lights when leaving the apartment.
3. Garbage must be disposed of after 8:00 p.m. in the designated containers outside the building.
4. The reserved apartment can only be occupied by the persons indicated in the reservation.
5. Keep the apartment in perfect condition. The cost of any breakage or damage to the apartment's furniture or fixtures caused by any occupant will be deducted from the deposit.
6. If any public order disturbance is caused by the behavior of any of the apartment’s occupants, CD LAZAREV reserves the right to evict all occupants from the apartment. In this case, the client will not be entitled to a refund of the deposit or any amount for any reason, even if the occupancy period is still ongoing.
7. Do not throw waste, garbage, or any other objects into the toilet.
8. Moving furniture in the apartments is not allowed. CD LAZAREV is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may be caused to the occupants of the apartment during their stay, including but not limited to natural disasters, loss, and damage caused by fire, theft, or any other criminal contingency.
